Very happy with the customer service from all the employees.
My only concern was there was no step or running board to get on the shuttle. It is not safe for an elderly or someone with physical challenges to make such a high step to get inside shuttle bus. Guest safety should be the highest priority and I was very concerned as I watched some guests enter and exit the shuttle bus. Kirk was great
