It took just over an hour for me to get my car after johan had called me to say it was ready. I was at the dealership waiting for it to be done. So I had already waited 3 hours for the service to be done. About a normal time for service. So for me to wait just over an hour for my car was really frustrating. Another thing is that he is not really clear when it comes to the things that need to be done things that are being done and things that got done. I will definitely be back because your service is better than anyone else in the area,but I will be using a different assistant service manager. I have now had him twice and was not really happy either time.

The cashier did not enter my car info for the porter to bring out my car. After 15 minutes, I went to the valet desk and he scanned my paperwork so that the porter would bring it out. I waited a total of 20 min for my car (after waiting 10 min in line to pay for my service).
Upon delivery of my vehicle, I realized that it had not been washed. This is disappointing and frustrating as well. I had brought in my other Toyota vehicle the previous month, and it too wasn't washed as the machine was out of order. So my vehicles not being washed is a sore spot for me.
On the positive note, my service advisor Monte was professional and courteous. Second, the shuttle driver was very pleasant and a careful driver. Lastly, I did receive a phone call for a service manager and he sounded pleasant and concerned. I am willing to try Longo for service in the future one more time, and hopefully it will go more smooth. These issues are minor, but I have to admit that I've never had issues at Bob Smith Toyota or West Covina Toyota.
