Monte was courteous and knowledgeable - this is true with all the service advisers I dealt with at Longo - but everyone else I need to interact with from that point leave a bad taste in my mouth. After waiting on the showroom floor (no complaints here; appreciate the much needed coffee and water), the first person I need to talk to was the cashier. Now, I just saw her be extremely nice to the guy in front of me, but when it was my turn, smile went away, short brief sentences, sign here, give this to the valet, bye. Didn't catch her name but she was like this to me at previous visits, as if I did something wrong to her somewhere before... next is the valet (guy at the booth coordinating) - he gives out the vibe that he doesn't care and doesn't want to be there. Cold and not welcoming - don't need the paper (though the cashier just told you to give it to me), please sit down and we will call you when your car arrives... gotcha.
Besides that, i just noticed today one of my wheel was nicked. May I ask if your lifts or any equipment yellow? Unless I hit I a fire hydrant last night or this morning, i don't know else yellow paint (embedded in the nick) got on my wheel...
