Bishop, was very helpful in recommending the services I needed for my car. He updated me at different intervals of the service, and explained every process so that I was clear and understood what was being performed and why it was important to have that service done. I value the service he provided me. I will highly recommend him as a service advisor and will continue to make future appointments with him as the advisor.

The only thing that would have made my experience better would have been if the Rewards program certificates were easier to obtain at the dealership. Because each one had to be printed individually, it took a lot of time. If I could have printed them out at home first, it would have saved me a good 15-20 minutes. But this is a minor detail because the Rewards program is excellent. Overall, I am quite satisfied with Longo Toyota.

I had a key that needed to be fixed and Kirk told me it was 300 bucks to fix well while waiting for my car to be done with service I walked into the parts department and asked how much it would be for to fix the key he told me 25 bucks all I needed was a new button was not very happy with the service

I have been waiting for my car oil change and a factory recall service from 11:26am - 4:59pm almost 6 hours! and I was suprised to find after maintanece service the " MAINT REQD" light is still on! I don't know if my car has been performed oil change or not!
