I somewhat had lower standards because I was never serviced in a Toyota delaer and because my previous car was a Mercedes. But I was so surprised on how well the Longo Toyota advisors treat their customers. Kirk was very kind and explained problems I encountered. Overall the service was great and I'm happy that Toyota has dealerships like Longo that treat their customers great.

My AR was not attended to when the service person in charge left without handing off the job properly. I waited for three and a half hours for an oil change. They waved the charge which I appreciated but the work was not done professionally.
