I was very happy with Mr.Morgan's service. He signed me in very quickly and addressed all my concerns. I was very happy that the service went so quickly. Mr. Morgan called me to let me my car would be ready in about 15 minutes. I appreciated the heads up. I have gone to Longo for more than 20 years - the service is always very good and seems to get better. Everyone I deal with is always polite and helpful.

I was there from 8:45 in the morning until 4pm just for new tires that I spent 900 on!! I thought that they would at least be clean too it taking so long but nope. I also have a device on my car which tells me when my car starts and stops, it came to my attention that it stopped at 9:00am never to be started again until 2:30pm that shows me that my car was sitting for 5 1/2 hours before they started working on it!! My appointment was at 8:45am not 2:00pm!! In the past you guys have done your best providing a timely service and have normally finished in a timely manner, not the case this time I ended up wasting an entire day.
