The service rep was great but unfortunately the service itself was very delayed in part due to the construction but also the volume of customer seems to have drastically increased since I was last there for service. Perhaps there are too many appointments, but I waited over 6 hours for what turned out to be routine service with nothing added other than a check of the differential. Much too long.
