Drivers floormat was tossed behind the driver seat. When the car was released, I had to find out where the mat was from the driver who brought me the car. I had food in the backseat. As whoever had tossed the mat in the back, all the food had spilled out on my two suit jackets. Its costing drycleaning bill that I did not have to incur. The mat should have been placed carefully in the back and should have been put back before the car was released. Very disappointing visit.

It is with great sadness that I write this review. I was kept waiting for an hour to receive my car after paying for the service. A whole hour even after I asked where my car was. I was finally told by Jeanine to "calm down you're going to get your car" when the other female car attendant didn't even process my car when I gave her my paperwork. More training for customer service should be provided. Such as saying to "relax or calm down" actually are condescending and do not help the situation. Ultimately, Longo Toyota's saving grace was Anthony from the Costumer service desk and his teammate who is an African American sweetheart of a woman that offered me water. I have been going to Longo for 9 years but today's service was the worse. I was even looking to purchase a car and there was no sales rep willing to help. Again, Anthony was the person that went above and beyond to help me. He went searching for someone for me to speak to. In the end, I'm never returning to get any services from your establishment let alone purchase a car. I'm going to the Alhambra Kia dealership that is five minutes away from my home than go back to Longo. It's a shame that I have to sever ties after 9 years of me going to your establishment, but I do not tolerate such horrible service; especially when I am not asking for a hand out. I pay for my services. For me to be ignored and then made to wait for an hour to just pick up my car is unacceptable. I arrived at 11:15am because my appointment was at 11:30am. I received word at 2:30pm; even though I was told that I would receive a call at 1pm to get an update. I didn't receive a call or an update of what time my car would be released or if other things came up on my diagnostics of my car as the other times (9 years of service.) I thank Anthony for his exceptional customer service because I felt so abused by your workers that I did cry and I am not one to cry, but he was empathetic and kind enough to take accountability for something he did not do but to show that your dealerships actions of me being ignored and having to wait so long without a follow-up and then had to wait for an hour to get my car back was unacceptable. I have travelled far to go to your establishment instead of going to my nearby Toyotas but that has ended today. Not enough car wash coupons can repair the damage that was created today. I know that my one service isn't much of a concern for your huge corporation but I have referred so many people to your lot that I had a sensed of loyalty to Longo. That is over today. I hope this complaint is taken with the time you took from me and realize that what Longo Toyota was 9 years ago seems not to be there anymore.
