The only thing I didn't appreciate was once Andrew informed the work on my vehicle was finished, it took another 25 minutes to get my truck back. You really need to look at improving the time it takes to process the paperwork...you have computers...how about a program to help speed up the process? It seems a bit antiquated using paper when there are so many ways to electronically transmit info. Your staff is helpful and informative and nice!

Unfortunately it was a bad start to my experience. I waited 1 hour after being told it was going to be about 15 minute wait for an assistant service manager. The manager did take care of my service however whoever was the mechanic on my vehicle unlocked my hi-lift jack and it ended up scratching my hood. In the future if they had any issues getting into the hood I would appreciate a call to notify me. Very disappointed in this service visit. I'm a repeat customer who recently this year leased a second Prius.
