-job was supposed to be done right the first time more than 2.5 months ago but longo failed in doing so
-was promised a loaner for my inconvenience the second time but was denied, had to take further time work off as a result
-advisor didn't check my situation over the months and was apathetic to my concerns
-was never notified by parts on whether part arrived or not
-car was also not washed at pick up, told it wasn't a "service", had to press valet to bring car back in for wash

I appreciate the rapid attention & the ability to drive in without an appointment. I was informed that Longo is considering doing appointments only & no longer offering drive in's?
I invite you to reconsider & suggest a cut off time instead. My schedule can be unpredictable at times & having the option to drive-in provides peace of mind.
