I had appt at 9:45 . I was not called for any findings or recommendations not until almost 12 noon. Meaning my car was not evaluated as scheduled. Initially I was given up to 12 noon to finish, then it was extended up to 1:30. Pm. Then when I pald I waited for a Few minutes. Here comes my car and I told the Guy who brought my car.. what is this , it's not even washed? I waited for so many hours and it's not even washed?. And he said the problem is the carriage on top , i have a FJ cruiser, Then While i was still there I called Ruby Woo. And said the same. She did not even try to do something, and I told her, This is my first time to come here and this is what I get? I have been to Toyota Glendora, Toyota Puente hills and they did washed my car and the completion time estimates were ok. I'm sorry but I had a bad impression yesterday.

The service rep estimated a general timeframe, including the time the "system" said. He said he would call. The estimated time passed, the "system" time passed, I called the general number as I had no direct line and was asked if I wanted to leave a message. I asked a woman behind an information desk and was told I should go back out and find him. I found him and was told 15 minutes, that he would take the paperwork up so I could pay. Nope, I waited over 20 then the cashier called...it would be another 15... but my oil change would be free. I appreciated that... It does NOT pay to make an appointment and really, based on time spent it might not make sense to get the oil changed at Longo at all.

I received call at 3:25pm from Biagio that my car was ready but that cabin filter hadn't been replaced because I had locked glove box. He said filter was in the car and that my name would be called at cashier to check out and car would be brought out. He said to bring car to Martin Torres and he would handle filter. After 15m I inquired of cashier whether she had paperwork, she didn't and immediately started trying to call/page someone to look into it. Another ten minutes went by and I noticed she was no longer present so I went to look for Biagio and then service manager. I bumped into cashier along the way who apparently was doing the same thing. We both went to see Martin Torres who had resolved issue. I finally departed Longo at 4:10pm. 45m after Call from Biagio.
