Last 3 times 1 to 1 1/2 hours.last 3 times there were 20 to 30 more cars in front of me for service. Have owned 20 cars in my life time and never had a car that needed a new air filter at 20000 miles. Baught the xtra service so I didn't have to deal with the up selling but I was wrong. The owners manual has its numbers in it because Toyota has spent thousands of dollars to come up with those numbers/ mileage for services. Then a Tec try's to tell me my air filter is only good for 2/3 that Toyota said it will be good for. And the cabin air filter.
