I absolutely love Longo Toyota and taking my RAV4 there makes for a great experience except for today I had two young daughters Kayla saw that and I wish she would have told me upfront listen I see you with your daughters you’re gonna be here for at least four hours you may want to take the shuttle home and then come back even if you have to move car seats because it is a very long wait because you are coming in as a walk-in it would’ve extremely changed my experience for the day because I may have gone to get my girls something to eat we were starving I had a seven-year-old and a three-year-old starving frustrated annoyed walking around trying to stay cool. Horrible day.
