Donovan made my service visit very positive at Longo. I had waited for a few minutes for someone to come and assist me when I was the only vehicle waiting in Driveway #3. Donovan was the sole person to come up and help me. In addition, Donovan was friendly, enthusiastic, and professional. Finally, Donovan called me after I had picked up my RAV4 Prime to make sure I was happy with my service. This was definitely a better experience compared to my first visit.
