Daniel is 100 perfect with his work and commitment but the Customer services chain of command is Poorly organized. Respond rate are extremely bad. Only floor services during your service period are not enough. Train them the priority some Customer needs more help than regular services. Your organization are number one in world but management are poor I beleive.

Daniel was super amazing! Helped me out and was friendly the whole time. When he noticed a nail in my tire, he patched it up for me, super cool of him. I came in with a check engine light on. I picked up my car the next day, but after driving it for 2 miles the engine light came back on. I already paid a lot for an injector cleaning but maybe that was not the problem at all to begin with. I cant afford to pay more, but i cant afford to drive a broken down car either. I have a four year old daughter and another baby coming, i cant imagine breaking down in the middle of the road somewhere.
