Donovan was the best in customer service. My shuttle driver was the friendly. My complaint is when I called to schedule my service appointment I had asked about your shuttle ride I was told you do offer it unfortunately you don’t give the time you have to wait!!! I waited nearly 40 minutes very very uncomfortable waiting around. I believe you should train your customer service appointment crew to let people know that there will be a wait. Thank you

Johan was receptive to all of my needs from the first service I had with him 3 weeks ago and continued to take care of issues that had arose including an unrelated oil leak and the splash guard not being replaced correctly. With the last item, he was very apologetic regarding the lack of detail from the mechanics in securing the splash guard appropriately. He took care of replacing it with a new part. Unfortunately, I spent way too many days of my vacation with my car at Longo over the past 3 weeks, but I am glad that I was assigned to Johan.
