I am a Longo loyal customer for x amount of years & bring my vehicle all the time for routine service. On the morning of 7/31/2021, I was greeted & assisted by Mr. Alberto Mariscal. Best customer service I’ve received in awhile! A simple “Good morning, how can we help you today?” , the kind direction to meet him at his assigned #23 booth and asking me “How is my morning coming along?” while prepping my paperwork made me very happy. I even had to addressed to him personally how attentive he was and his superb customer skills. It was nice that he remember to pull out his box of new business cards & attached one to my paperwork- letting me know he had recently received them—only because I asked him if he was new to his position :-) he was also very kind when he followed up on my vehicle status over the phone. Benjamin Zhou was great and very helpful. But the people who worked on the car caused issues on my car which was very incoinconvient. The Enterprise rental service was also terrible and wasn't willing to help at all.
