Edward was great, but the final interaction was a smidge confusing. He called with a clear bill of health for the car, then called back shortly sayin' that two minor things were found, but could be dealt with next time and we was going on lunch for an hour and wouldn't be available. I could have likely gone and touched base with another rep, but this interaction - all done by voicemail - seemed a bit odd. Still, overall, I'd give the experience and Edward a strong 4 out of 5 stars and I still make the drive from Long Beach to Longo because I trust you and your team. Thanks!
