The people were friendly and everything seemed very well and my car was turned back to me sooner than I expected so that was great however it was still real dirty when I got it back and they claim your car wash or something wasn’t working so I had to go home and then I went to the car wash to wash it

Not the fault of the service advisor. He transfered me to set up my pick up but no one answered and voice mail was full so I was unable to leave a call back number. I was able to set it up after several tries with the help of the operator.

Danny did fine unless he had to ask me before I left. I had to pay $7.57 to get a Lyft to pick up my car. When Martin called he hung up before I was able to ask him. I called the number right back and it went to a voicemail. I called the service department. The young lady got all my info and said she would contact Danny. I told her Danny had said he leaves at 5. She the. Said she would reach out to the team about me needing a ride. After 5+ minutes in hold a lady picked up (not the same one) asked how she can help me. I let her know I’ve been helped. Obviously not knowing the first young lady brushed me off to her and the second lady acting like I was a new call. To tell me the Shuttle and Lyft are closed at 5:30 my call was made at 5:15. I asked her if they would reimburse she said NO.
Besides this hiccup with the rude (second) lady. The first one I just felt she wasn’t knowledgeable. Danny was great I was so happy to have went there from wet Covina I thought they were the worst service. I guess it’s back to Puente Hills, Toyota Glendora and or worth the drive to go to Larry Miller’s on corona
