I had to take my car 3 times for the same problem before they figured out the warning message wasn't reset. The manager Matthew did do the right thing by offering to get me a rental so I could leave my car the whole day. However, I still spent a total of 7 plus hrs of my time for the service. Your welcome greeting on your phone says you understand how valuable our time is, but it sure didn't feel that way. This is not the first time I've had issues with my vehicle nor being fixed correctly the first time around. My family over time has purchased 4 vehicles from your dealership and I'm the only one that has you guys service NY vehicle. They all go elsewhere because of poor service.

I bought my car from Wondries Toyota but they informed me a certain part was not covered in the warranty even after I showed them the Toyota document. I took it to Longo and they honored it. I saved a few hundred dollars on the part and will buy my next car at Longo and not at Wondries.
