After picking up my vehicle and looking at my paperwork, I realized that the AAA discount was not applied. Left a message for Alex on 7-19-21, but never got a call back. Called again the next day and spoke to someone on the general Service line and was told he was out of office and that someone from his team would call me ASAP. One week later and I have not received a call from anyone at Longo.
