Monte Cervantes, provided me with outstanding service. He was knowledgeable and informative. He let me know there was a recall on my vehicle which I was previously unaware of. He explained the rear seat belts incur tears and how Toyota fixes that issue. I was pressed for time and since those back seats are never used, we scheduled that service for a later date. Any vehicle related services can be tedious and time consuming, but when customer service is superior to other dealerships, those services are not as tedious.
