When I made my app. I was told that my service wait would be 1.5 hours, but as I arrived, I was told that I would be waiting for 3 hours. I told my service rep. Jaun Santacruz, that I had an important meeting and would not be able to wait that long. He made sure to get me out on time, so that I could make my meeting. He came through for me and I hope you tell him how thankful I am.
