Daniel did very well, worked efficiently. Seemed a bit casual/ prideful, but maybe that's just his personality. Nothing much to worry about though

Daniel was good & very respectful. I seriously don't get why I should make a reservation when I arrive and I still have to wait 45 minutes to be checked in then another 2.5 hrs to get my car after service. I try to be loyal by going to Longo Toyota even when its an hr away. For the last three years, I've only been in and out once under 2 hrs.
