Elizabeth was amazing! She was very helpful with all my questions and attentive. The only issue I had with the service I got was when I had went to the service room to pick up my car and whoever was in charge that day had given me attitude and even raised their voice, which made me very upset since I had such a good experience with Elizabeth Avalos.

You all gave me 3 different times when my car was going to be ready and then called me to pick up the car the next day. . Then on the next day, when I wanted a rental car, I was told to wait because my car would be ready in 20 minutes. They said that it would take 20 minutes to get the rental car. I waited and an hour later and then my car was ready. I was late to work and everything.
