I had a appt at 10am, my Prius C was not worked on until 1pm. The service rep said she didn’t know why it was taking so long and couldn’t find the service manager anywhere. Finally at 1pm my car got taken to the MX rack by a technician and the oil change was completed at 1:30pm. 3 1/2 hrs after my apt. Worst customer service EVER !!! You need to address this and come up with something to try to keep me as a customer!!!
