Thx to let me have my comment here Unfortunately One of the window of my truck was stuck in the middle I made an appointment at 10:15am on Tuesday to do the repair I was expecting the repairs will done on the same day,but since I left the truck there I never get the update from your Service advisor, But anyway I was expect to pick up the truck at 4:30pm,when I was at your Service department at 4:45pm I have told by the service advisor he need to order the part truck to do the repair .so and up I got a car rental but before I left I heve told my truck will be ready to pick up tomorrow pick up at 2 PM But I never get any update by next day so I was expected to pick up the track at 2:00pm so I when to the Service department at the cashier pick up my truck at 4:30pm the next day Wednesdaybut the cashier have told me that she don't have any information of the truck in the computer,then she called the Service advisor to find out The information of the truck then 15 minutes later I have been told that they are doing the paperwork processing and now I was waiting there for One hour 20 minutes to wait for the paperwork processing WOW what a paperwork processing to do repair the window of the truck ?????? I was thinking am I buying a house to tool that long to do the paperwork processing ? And the story in my experience they might totally forgot about to repair my truck until I show up, what a horrible experience to your longo Toyota Tony L

Don't like the check in procedure with one line. It was a very long line and I saw at least two Cars turn around and leave. I had a 10:00 appointment that wasn't met. I was in the same line as those without an appointment, so what's the point of phoning ahead. ALL your employees that helped me were excellent. In Very hot weather they were really hustling.
