My only concern was the length of time between the time that Bruce told me my car was finished and when the paperwork was in and my car brought up - over an hour!

Forgot to schedule it with the mechanic, which meant that I sat for 3 hours while
My car was never looked at until I complaint to public relations dept. They listen and understood why I was so upset. I reported it because customer service is #1 in any business and I felt how many customer have gone through I did but didn't say anything. My suggestion is too have mandatory briefings with your crews expressing the importance of good customer service. Thank you.

I have been a longo customer for about 15 years. A few years back, I had a flat tire and it was pooring rain and i was turned away by the manager because they had just closed. This left a bad taste and I have not been a fan of longos customer service. With that said, I faced a similar circumstance this weekend. I had a flat tire and needed a change. My mother has been very ill and I needed a quick tire change to replace my flat. I stopped in at longo and requested a manager. The manager, Sam, helped me out without hesitation. I was also assisted by Alexis, who was amazingly helpful. Longo has won me back by helping out even after hours to get me back on the road quickly. I'm very grateful to Sam for going the extra mile to fit me in without giving me any grief. I commend them both.
