From the first time I had to have a vehicle serviced and she helped me she has always gone above and beyond to keep me informed of the status of my vehicle both when it is being worked on and the estimated completion of work being performed and parts being ordered (when necessary). She has offered other services that Longo provides to it customers while their car is in service to make my experience more pleasant. Truly a team leader, she is very knowledgeable, kind and professional definitely an asset to your team and department.

I appreciate what Bruce did for me with intake and updating of the status for my routine maintenance aspect of my appt HOWEVER I AM TOTALLY UNSATISFIED WITH THE WAY PEOPLE HANDLING THE PICK UP PROCESS. There was an employee with an African American lady with short hair and eyeglasses who skipped ahead and helped someone who is way in the back end of the line (just because the customer was wearing a pair of scrubs and she went ahead and took care of that customer ahead of me and others who were ahead) she is totally unprofessional the way she skipped 5-6 people ahead and she needs to learn to uncheck that bias box before she comes to work!! I really felt like saying something to her. Also to better streamline the pick up process the employees need to guide us WHERE TO GO NEXT. Otherwise one could be sitting at the pick up booth for a very long time!! CRAZY EXPERIENCE AT THE END!!!! (Note Bruce was great but the employees at the delivery pick up area needs to learn how to handle customers in the order of arrival and not hand picking due to their personal preference) if this type of bias continues.....I AM NEVER COMING BACK TO LONGO TOYOTA for ANYTHING!!!!!!!! I brought my 2014 Tacoma in for service at noon to change a flat tire and did not leave Longo until 5:45. It is hard to believe it took 5 hrs 45 minutes to change a tire. Alec told me my truck would be ready at 4. I called several times at 5 and could not get through. I had to call the front office to find out what was going on. Alec finally contacted me 5:10 and told me my truck would be ready at 5:30. I did not drive away until 5:45. I coach youth football and was 30 minutes late for practice. I appreciated the free car wash but there was several water spots on the windows, mirrors and bed of the truck. I understand same days are busier than others but it was frustrating not to get a phone call an hour after my truck was supposed to be ready and have to contact the office myself. Again, I know some days are busy but 5 hrs and 45 minutes to change a tire and perform a visual inspection? I expected more from the number 1 Toyota dealer in the world. In the end I was happy with the service but will not get the time I lost back. Next time I will consider taking my truck elsewhere.

This was my first car service and the staff was friendly however I scheduled an appointment at 8:30am thinking that is plenty of time before I got into work at 3 after I was told it should be ready by 2 pm . I was also under the impression that my car would be washed as I seen everyone else's car being washed and clean I also don't have a reminder sticker of my next oil maintenance app they left the old one on there . So for my first experience I'm not to happy hopefully my next experience is better the staff was friendly but that was it .

Gregg was great. He treated us warmly, explained a few things and was cheerful while doing it. He made me feel comfortable about my cars issue and was able to take care of it in a shorter time than expected and for less than the original estimate.
