I was told that it should take one and a half hours to change four tires. I dropped off the truck and didn't get it back until nearly 7 o'clock. Also, I asked that the windshield wipers (that were provided) be changed, and they were not. Because I was pressed for time, I did not have time to have it completed.
I often have my vehicles (3 of them) at Longo and am normally very happy with the service. Although this may have been just a small bump in the road. I will continue to have them serviced until it becomes standard.

Aside from the part coming in damaged, the level of service i recieved was great in that everything was communicated to me. Unfortunately the mirror replacement did not happen due to it being damaged. I would like to suggest that someone checks the part prior to scheduling my next apot to replace the mirror. Other than that, my experience with Longo service has been great. Matt and Bruce are very professional and handled their business to ensure that i was taken care of while ensuring my vehicle was in capable hands.
