My husband was there before 10 am for the appointment time 10:30. He gave the assistants manager his phone nu to contact him
The assistants manager called at around 1:52 pm ( after 3 hours and 25 minutes. Then just told that We need to fix the air condition. We agreed but yet my husband was there to wait until 4:15 pm
It is like over 6 hours waiting to fix the car.
He didn't eat lunch and his birthday is today:(

Recall for the airbag for my Toyota Corolla Vehicle was taken care of. At first they said it is going to be a 4 hours wait, but it was only 2 and a half hours wait which wa better. This is good service that I didn't have to pay for anything.

Spend 600 and couldn't even get a car wash when longo Lexus washes car when you go just for an oil change. Also in the paper work it stated that I declined to flush break lines when I nobody asked or suggested

When I called to book my service I was told it would take 1-1.5hrs if I came that afternoon and so I decided to drive and wait while the service was being done. When I arrived Kirk said that it would be 2-2.5hrs. It ended up taking 4hrs. There was no unforeseen problems with my car, there was simply a back log. If I was told on the phone it would be 2hrs I would not have come in that day and if Kirk had said it would take 4hrs I would have left and booked it for another day. While I was waiting there were no updates about any possible delays to the 2-2.5hr estimate I was given. I realize that things can change and cars can't always come out on time but I think you should strive to better sync up time estimates between all members of your staff.

Not satisfied due to they have been given me the run a run with the car stereo. First they tell me there is no warranty on stereo, then they said there is. Then they say stereo is here I go to the dealer for they to instal stereo. When I get there they advise me stereo has not been delivered. It has been a little more than a month and as of now I still do not have the stereo.
