You promising time to deliver my car was not meet and also 15% discount to all Tolton should have been satisfaction but just for oil change, rotating tire adding fluid level does not have to cost so much additionally I had to tire to this bill doesn't have to cost me $400 how do you give me 15% it would have been very fair as many years are they come to look for your service since 2003 Longo Toyota is very changing what it comes to customer satisfaction and he used to be better nobody's listening their customers anymore. He was going to give me only 10% until I talk to customer relation lady then he changed to 15% for 5000 mile service only so do I have to beg for this every single time I come to service my car? Why are you sending me a bunch of email if you don't believe in it when I got there everything is different but the email looks too good to be true therefore I'm not satisfied with the misleading information you sent me by email and when I get there The service fee is completely different.

I took my car to get an oil change and when I got my car back, I noticed a big scratch on the passenger side of my car rear bumper.The service advisor told me he didn't see that scratch there early in the morning when he inspected my car. Hopefully, we can resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you

We when in for rear lite replacement on our 2007 Highlander. The bulbs were relaxed but it still did not function. He reviewed it and determined it also needed aan electrical part that the dealer did not have in stock. I explained to him I was leaving on vacation on Sunday. He stated he would try and get the part by Saturday and call me if was delivered on time. Well he was successful and installed it and we were able to leave on time. He was very helpful and demonstrated his resourcefulnes. Great work !
