I was very displeased with the release of my vehicle. There were 4 lanes, 3 of them blocked, and I was boxed in because a customer was refusing to leave. I was inconvenienced by having to go into reverse, very unsafe, in a curved driveway in order to leave. Before leaving I asked the attendant for help, who shrugged his shoulders and told me to go into reverse. I spoke to the manager, who stated everyone goes into reverse all the time and the other lanes are for the car rentals. I found his response unsatisfactory and a poor lack of problem solving. Longo is a huge operation and should have a better system in place. By having customers leave their cars unattended and forcing other customers to go into reverse, you are opening yourself to an unsafe situation where someone could get hurt.

Dont understand why,with an appointment, it took 4hrs to redetail the headlights. Then after our name was called,another 40+min to bring our car out. Day wasted.

Biegio is great to work with. Appointment was made easy and he was able to price match with the another dealerships discount. Only thing and I'm not sure if it's the back end of the communication, when I request for the car wash when I get the service completion call, I mention about requesting a car wash which a Biagio indicated ok. But when I get my car the car was not washed. Nothing major but just want to let you know. Thanks
