Longo Toyota has always provided excellent vehicle maintenance and customer service, but the wait times have gotten longer. Even with an appointment, the wait was over three hours. And the drought is over, yet they never offer an outside rinse/wash on the vehicles. Otherwise, Longo continues to provide top tier service and Nilo took great care of me, was polite and professional, and explained everything clearly and directly. Thank you guys!
