The service was great and Bruce was helpful as always and kept me well informed. However I am rather dissatisfied with the pickup procedure of my vehicle when it was completed. Bruce indicated to me that the work had been completed and the paperwork should be up in approximately 10 minutes I went over to the guest services department it was 20 minutes before the paperwork was ready it was 10 minutes or more to go through the process and pay and it was an additional 20 minutes for them to bring up my car so in all it took an additional hour from the time the car was done for me to be able to leave the location. This needs to be addressed this is totally out of line. Once the payment process starts that's when the call car should be called for not after everything is completed.
