After making an appointment for Toyota Care 1000service at 11:30 am (I was on time) I was told it would take four hours before my 2016 RAV 4 would be serviced. Mathew A. service manager promised it would ready in 2 Hrs. It was My husband Peter Lyman too had an appointment the day before at 1 PM and was finished with in 45 minutes ago figure. I do hope all future service will be more agreeable, eve lyman

Slow service. Slowest service among all dealership I went to. Ask for multi point inspection. Did not do it. It is free. Nothing. Key programming takes 10 minutes. Took 2 days. Need a lot of improvement compared with other Toyota dealership. Shuttle service has long wait time.

Noli the costumer service rep that help me was very friendly and professional. My only issue is the sense of urgency that lacks every time I'm there. It's like your waiting at the DMV. I know you guys are big and service thousands but 6 hours to change a window switch!? You're kidding me!!

Ryan was very courteous and friendly. He was able to shorten my visit by 3 hrs which made me very happy! Extremely helpful! I had to return with a Bluetooth pairing issue, both Ryan and Monty? were on it!
