The check in for my the appointment took over 20 minutes and the car wash was down again. I specifically go out of my way for car wash and asked when I made my appointment if it was available. I can go to service both our vehicles to a much closer Toyota dealership with less wait time.

But he's also very clear, was prompt giving us updates about our car and worked to get it to us in a timely fashion letting us know immediately when it was ready. I made an appt. Brought the truck in, to my surprise the radio was not covered by the warranty. The gentleman who made my appointment specially told me that it is under warranty when Ryan advised me different. I will not be returning to Lingo for my trucks maintenance. I went one step further to inquire of I could purchase additional extended warranty and the same gentleman told me no. I'm done.
