I had an appointment for the Takata airbag recall. 30 minutes after I dropped off my car for the next day service, I got a call saying the airbag inflator was actually out of inventory by that morning already. Then, I had to go back to pick up my car. Totally, it wasted 2 hours of my time with no work done. In addition, the dealer has no exact timeline of when the next shipment will come. My name is being put on a list waiting to be called when the part is available.
This is not an effective management and customer service.

I got a very bad feeling about your service .
My car couldn't start -
That's happened- everything finished and l pay.
Then technician came and check - he said to me replacing new one
Take about 20 minutes. I back to waiting room again ---l just waiting
My service advisor knock to glass from auto side to sign.
Such a bad attitude- he was--
Then l went to cashier but still need more time and l back to
Waiting room again and wait---
I was wandering-- he knock the glass again!!!
He should come to me and he should sai your car is ready!
Why he just knock the glass ??? He doesn't wat to see me ??
