I called in last week make appointment for factory recall replace the airbag, I asked for make sure in stock of the items, when I came in yesterday, they told me no stock need come again, and need drop down the around 40 mins now for check and order the items, I drop down the car 9:42am, I waiting at service dept area, up to 10:45am still no one call me my car status, when I go to front desk asking my car, the car was ready 10:05am. This is ridiculous for 70mins for checking the parts number, and bad service I never have before.

I don't know why it took me three visits to (maybe) finally get the issue resolved. And then to find out what I suspected all along: your technicians don't know how to do a simple procedure on my car because it's an "older" car. It's 12 years old, not 40! How hard can it possibly be to properly reset a tire pressure light? Do your techs need more training? Maybe they do. Three visits! Ridiculous!
