Longo Toyota said they would cover the rental charge, but didn't, when they told me to return the rental 24 hours after I picked it up. However my car was still being worked on in the the shop that required more than 24 hours, how can I drive anywhere without my own car, after I returned it. So that costed me $50. If anyone reads this, can you help me return my $50?

I bought a new Camry XSE 2018 from Longo Toyota. Unfortunately, got a defect on edge guard. Service advisor asked me to get a Due bill from sales division. I got it. Then, they ordered a new edge guard for my car. But, the color did not match my car. He said they ordered two blue color already. None of them match my car color. They can’t do nothing about it. Very disappointed. I bought a new car, but got a defect on the little edge guard. No one can help me here. Guess I have to call Toyota Corp. for help.

Someone activated the Valet button when I came in for service. I don’t understand what is for and how it is activated. It is not in the manual. I called but I had to make another appointment to come in. The person checking me in turned my key off and on three times and the red light stopped blinking. If all the service people were aware of this, it could have been done over the phone.

Mechanic called 40 min after I dropped off my vehicle. Waited one hour after mechanic called to inform me that a service manager will be calling me in 10-15 min., still didn’t receive a call or text messgae so went to counter and my paperwork had been sitting there for over 40 min. Waited another 15 min for my car to arrive. Process definitely neds improving!!!

Nestor was great, as was the service manager. However, Luis at the Enterprise rent a car was terrible. I recommend you fire him or in the least suspend him without pay. I have never been treated so poorly by anyone at Toyota. He makes me never want to own a Toyota again. Piss poor service.
