Elizabeth was very help and a great communicator. I appreciated her promptness of updating me on the status of my routine service appt.

I was frustrated because I was given a time estimate of an hour and a half to two hours for my oil change. It ended up being three hours by the time I left. I understand that it was an estamate; however, three hours for an oil change is rediculous.

Why he told me that my tires needed to be changed, not because the tread was bad, but because the tires were old, when I just bought the vehicle in July? He said that my car inspection report came back that my tires were in the red and my brakes were in the yellow? I just bought the vehicle in July of 2017. Either he was correct in his assessment or the sales department inspectors are not being honest regarding my vehicle? The manager in sales, Derreck said to me on the telephone for regarding this service issue, that I had 2012 tires on my car. That means I was sold a 2014 Prius, with 2012 tires. I have also been told by another manager in sales, John, that tires need to be changed at either 5 years or 10 years. If this is the case, my vehicle is only three years old. My tires should not be in the red on my vehicle report and they should not be old, accept that I was sold a vehicle with old tires on it! Now, I question the brakes because that was why I brought it in. I also question your service department. I am disappointed that Longo Toyota has now placed doubt in my mind about my vehicle being serviced. I am really not happy with any of this! To add to the whole thing, now, three of my rims are scratched, from the service department changing my tires. When I bought the vehicle two months ago, the rims looked new.

Johnson was great he was very attentive and detailed and also very prompt in rgiving me updates. So no complaints on him. The only suggestion I would have for you guys is dealing with shuttle pick ups. I ended up waiting for in total for about an hour and twenty minutes. I called and asked to be picked up, and the guy took my name and number down. At that point it would have been helpful for him to have said to expect a text message confirming driver is on his way.i received no such text and after waiting for about 40 min I callled and spoke to another person. They didn’t have my name on file, but they did confirm a phone number though it was incorrect because it was off by one digit. They sent another driver afterwards. And on this second time I received a text message confirming. Or perhaps have your text message mechanism be set so the passenger can confirm back with a yes. If you don’t get one, longo would know to do a courtesy follow up,so this doesn’t happen.
