Service department did not follow instructions to attend our windows with the limo tent for the back seats and the rear window. We had to bring our car back to have it redone. Also when we picked up the car the second time the rear window was still not tinted as instructed.

Toyota told me a time frame which was a 5hr wait and I decided to get a rental. As soon as I get the rental and drive home I get a call from lingo saying my car is done keep in mind only 2hrs later I have to go back after I just paid for a rental and lingo Toyota refuse to give me a refund on the rental saying that it's out of there hands and cannot do anything for me. If been a loyal customer for 3 vehicles. And they don't want to make it right, a simple thing to fix that's less that $60 I thought Penske Toyota was bad but maybe I'm wrong. This experience really showed me how much they care for there customers, if your not buying a $20,000 car or truck they really don't care. I even spoke to the main manager on duty, and he told me the same thing I can do anything for you. Thanks longo you drove away a customer and there family members..

I'm disappointed that Enterprise is charging me an extra day for the rental car. When I received a text from Longo saying the car was ready for pick-up, I was nowhere close to El Monte. That is why it took me some time (around 12:45pm) before I was able to return it. Even though I reside in Nevada, I still regularly take my van to Longo for servicing. But with this latest experience I may just have it service near my residence.
