My car was not fixed. It is still making the same sound as before. So I’m disappointed about the “service” provided.

Almost 4 hours for an oil change. Plus my car was dirtier when I got it back. Customer service was bad too. Mr Herrera treated me like an idiot, only because I asked more specific questions about the service needed for my car. I am not a mechanic so obviously I don’t have the knowledge. I will switch service providers so that I don’t have to deal with him.
