I am getting more and more dissatisfied with the service I am getting with you at longo. I go out of my way to go to you guys. I live in Pomona and can drop off at crown Toyota while I am at work. But I choose to go with you because of your service to me in the past. Unfortunately I had a great service person in Paul LeBlanc. And since he has moved forward with your company, I have only had maybe a few good experiences. I am really close to just getting the same super crappy service at crown. I am a Toyota team member in Ontario, so I understand how busy you guys are. I just don’t understand why I am the one who has to call you for updates. I ended up having my truck kept for 2 days.
