Unfortunately Jeffrey Tsao was not working when I went in and Joseph Perez was there and he was fine.
but after I left I noticed a recommendation that I needed my windshield wipers replaced; had he told me that I would've taken care of it right there at longo while I was there,
now I have to go someplace else.
and I was also frustrated that you weren't washing cars and I understand what with the drought but I think It could have been done with minimal water I would suppose or perhaps for a nominal service charge in the interest of customer service.

The service is outstanding the only thing I dislike is that every time I take my truck for any type of service they always go through my things especially the glove compartment and the arm resting box. I don’t see why those have to be checked.
