No deaf sensitivity training. Was directed to non appt lane when in fact I have the appt. Wasted 15 mins of wait. Blame it to the guy at the booth with umbrella as he failed to ask me if I have appt.
And the service manager last name Su is not helpful. Thinking about getting a telsa car since it has no oil change.

It was my first time getting service at Longo. My boyfriend, Kenneth Honda, always called Bruce Herrera to arrange our vehicle service but Ken passed away in March. It was so comforting to deal with Bruce who knows all about our two vehicles. I felt anxious until I got there and Bruce explained how Ken usually handled the service on our 2009 Camry. I knew I was dealing with someone I could trust to recommend what was needed because I had no idea. I waited for the service to be completed. Bruce kept me in the loop regarding one of the tires with a nail in it. I needed a new tire and went ahead and bought it due to Bruce’s professionalism in explaining to me the situation. Very good experience with him.
