I was told on the phone I had only 1 oil change left fires of charge and Edward actually informed me that I had a couple more so that was nice of him. Great service.

Daniel Perez didn't follow up with me to explain what was wrong with my truck's check engine light. In addition, I had to go and walk to his area and talk another of his co worker to know the status of my truck and get it back from the main office. I waited over 4 1/2 hours to get my truck back. Not good customer support.
