My paperwork stated my vehicle was done at about 12:30 PM. I never received a call notifying me my car was done. I called Toyota at 5:30 PM and they said my vehicle was done. Had I not called, I wouldn't have a car for work.

Small details are lacking lately since I’ve been at your dealership twice with different vehicles . This time when the car was returned the old mileage tag had not been fully removed and the new mileage sticker overlay the exiting one not very nice.
