Very good service. The communication was great!

Unfortunately, I felt like Mr. Galioto was rushing to get me in and out of his desk. I was there with my two kids, 3 and 9yr old and I had previously requested to drop off my car and use the shuttle service for the same reason. The whole time i was there Mr. Galioto never mentioned my options for leaving my car. I ask the question and he told me I wouldnt need because my oil change service would ve done very soon. Well, two hours later with two impatient and hungry kids my car was still not ready and to find out Mr Galioto was gone for the day. I was not too happy. I finally got the call from a different person that my car was ready and that I should head to the pick up office to pay and pick up my car. I bought a snack for my kids at Starbucks and went to the pick up office only to be told that i had to wait some more for my name to be called over the PA system. Here we go again.. back outside to the blistering heat… literally 3 mins later i hear my name and i was ablt to check out. I had a question about what was done to my car the lady who checked me out couldnt answer my question and asked me to direct my question to my service rep. Well unfortunately he went home so yeah my question went unanswered. I am not sure if i would return after this.
