Danny Mata was very helpful. This was my first service with Longo and will be the last. I had an appointment at 3:15 and didn’t leave Longo until almost 6pm. I received a text saying my truck was finished and ready for pick up at 5:00 pm, I waited for 40 minutes after the text and finally went into the office and was told my truck would be driven up to the front. This place is just too busy and with that many customers, I think it is hard to keep track of everybody’s vehicle and paperwork.
